Shipping policy
Free UK delivery
Delivery is free on every order to a UK address. There's no minimum spend and no extra charge at checkout.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands.
How long it takes
Every item is printed especially for you after you order.
- Printing: usually 1 to 3 working days.
- Delivery: usually 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.
- Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Deliveries can take a little longer in the run-up to Christmas and for remote addresses.
Christmas delivery
To receive your order before Christmas, please order by 17 December. We'll do our best with orders placed after this date, but we can't promise they'll arrive in time.
Orders with more than one item
Different products are made by different UK print partners, so an order with several items may arrive in separate parcels on different days. There's no extra charge for this.
Tracking
We'll email you when your order has been dispatched, with tracking details where available.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully before you order. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery, and we may need to charge for it.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or it arrives damaged, email hello@sleightheday.co.uk with your order number. We'll track it down, or send a free replacement or refund.
